Liberty University got its certification by commission on Colleges of Southern Association of Colleges and Schools for masters, doctoral, bachelors and associates degrees in the year 1980. The university is still certified by SACS, the law school that got opened in the year 2003 got temporary certification from American Bar Association in the year 2006.
